If Pacquiao doesn't fight Mayweather now, how can anyone say Floyd is backing out of the fight??? All that aside, in the first negotiations, Floyd agreed to everything and Pac was the ONLY reason it didn't happen. Also, Arum said after the fight on Saturday that "Manny will finally call Floyd's bluff and do the tests"......does that mean that Manny NEVER actually agreed to random testing without a cutoff, like so many of his moronic fans and he himself said he did over a year ago???

I agree Mayweather already has a date and Pac says he's down. Arum needs to step out the way and let these two fight. At this point Arum and Roach are the two obstacles to the fight.
