I believe he can, he seemed very effective against Pac last night. He weighed in at 142lbs, and then 150lbs in the ring. 2lbs more than Pac.
He has become world champion at 126, 130, and 135.
at JWW, the only person I think can maybe beat JMM, is Khan.

at WW, JMM will be a small competitor, but he can easily snatch a title there (it isn't so hard to win a major title anymore... there are 4 of them)
