This was the same Pacquiao of 2004 and 2008. So either Pacquiao has been declining since 2004, or he was just never that good, but had great matchmaking like I always said.

If Pac looks like he's declining already at 32, put him back in there with Cotto, Margarito, Clottey and watch him look like an "ATG".

dont think hes declining just never that great. Marquez is getting better and better. pacs just the best at top rank. or the most marketable
