Yep and they were handicapped , made to order opponents that were cherry picked at a time when their namesake was not being represented by their ring form at the time .

Manny is a hype job , you gotta be pig ignorant to not see his WW resume is a about timing and implementing match making conditions that gave him clear advantages .

A lot of people called the versions of Margarito and Cotto that Pacquao fought, bums, because where their career was ATM, and the performances they were coming off of. Maybe it's time to agree with those people, *******s.

And it is very obvious, that this was just a failed cherrypick. Both Ariza and Roach, and so did most of the world thought the fight would end in 6 or less. This was definitely a cherrypick gone wrong. Pacquiao thought he was going to steamroll through a 38 year old, overblown Lightweight version of Marquez and "leave no doubt".

No, they tried to beat Pac at his own game. If you just stand and **** with him, you're probably going to come out losing (unless you have a massive sack like Morales). But he has no clue how to deal with movement at all. Any boxing ability confuses the hell out of him.

Just move to his right and he looks lost.

Hell, just move straight back and he looks lost. he doesn't even know how to counter BAD defensive fundamentals, let alone a master's like Marquez.

People are saying that styles make fights which I believe to be true, but I also think if you are a fighter considered to be the best P4P fighter, u should be able to adjust to any style also. Floyd Mayweather has fought all types of fighters from 5'6 to 6' feet from small to big, south paw and orthodox, guys with speed and power, brawlers, punchers, etc and nomatter what he has always adjusted to them all. To say that Pacquiao is the best P4P fighter is absolutely rediculous. How can u disrespect Floyd Mayweather in that way. He is undefeated 42-0 Pacquiao has 3 losses and has been knocked out twice with 2 draws get the F outa here. Mayweather all day. he will beat Pac like a baby

Marquez is an excellent fighter, give him some damn credit here, Pacquiao's hard time in there with Marquez can only be attributed to Marquez's tremendous skill level. Marquez is not just some low class bum who came and gave Pacquiao hell you're talking about a legend with more credentials for the hall of fame than those whom you comparing and contrasting with.

honestly you make it seem like because Marquez did what he did that that makes Cotto, Hatton and Mosley bums? because they couldn't execute an almost flawless offense on him? how many people can execute an almost flawless offense in any fight let alone against someone with Manny's hand speed? it requires the kind of technical skills that neither Cotto, Hatton nor Mosley have ever shown in their career with maybe the exception being Cotto whom DOES have very solid technique and skill
