I hope you are reading this, after reading and watching some clips of Jeff Lacy i hope you are training extra hard!

I hope you realise that he is very strong, and he is not like the fighters you have fought. Please can you seek advise from other fighters.

I hope you can stop Mr Lacy but i am really debating whether this is possible,
