    This is what Manny gets---

he should have fought jmm a while ago---he knew that if anybody could make him look less than super, it's jmm---

instead of fighting comeforward fighters and stiffs who didn't come to fight him, he should have fought jmm to keep in mind why he beat him their last fight--supposedly anyway-lol---he decided to fight oscar, who was a dead stiff, not manny's fault---hatton, who was fighting on fear imo and emotion--and he lost to floyd and when you lose to floyd after being degraded way hatton was, you're never quites as confident---then he fights cotto at a catchweight, and no matter what any of you think, cotto is not a counterpuncher or technician in the ring---he only looks the part--he has a measured tempo which presents as a classic technical fighter, but he gets into dogfights way too much, and he never recovered fully from losing to tony and the mosley fight--he looked on okay against clottey also--and don't get me started on clottey and margs--

clottey lost to cotto, he looked good against zab and fought more--but clottey is a very defensive fighter and his activity level sucks--you think floyd is bad, clottey doesn't even like to jab a lot---clottey's right hands was never the same again after he broke it fighting tony---only against zab did he land it good---

tony was bigger, yes, but he was slow and even though he hurt manny, he had no illegal wraps to help him out--

    and then mosley was obvious---

manny has gone the distance in his last 4 bouts--and you can say he took it easy on the bigger fellows---but against the smaller guy in marquez, he looked terrible--and even though i do believe he won last night, he should have fought jmm when he still had the momentum at the smaller weight--moving up 2 weights like pac did and then assuming becauuse you're bigger and faster, that you can outtime a counterpuncher in jmm is ******--if anybody can time manny, it's marquez--manny's not hard to time at all--

floyd is going to massacre this kid--

you guys have to realize floyd when he zones out, times you easily and just chops you apart---it comes so easy for him---he's a natural counterpuncher--he knows his distance and he will land at will as the rounds go on and on and he will stop manny---

i wonder what larry merchant was thinking? anybody know?lol

marquez went to indonesia and fought chris john for 30 K instead of fighting pac for 700 K.

i never said jmm won---did you even read my post?lol

and jmm fought john b4 the rematch with manny----remember, the 1st fight was a draw--i'm talking about manny getting the nod in the 2nd fight---that's when he really had the momentum---

Had Marquez not lost to Mayweather just a year after Pacq-Marq II, the third fight would have happened sooner. You forgot to mention that Marquez was removed from Pacquiao's radar after the Floyd fight. I mean, Pacquiao was busy fighting Hatton and Cotto in 2009.

nsx, that's my point---he should have fought marquez after de la hoya or before de la hoya--i realize fighting oscar was a huge payday and fame out of the ass but in terms or lookig sharp last night compared to before he moved up, he would have looked better imo---before he fought hatton, he should have fought jmm--that's all i meant---fighting all of these tailor made styles will make it harder to fight a marquez and mayweather jr....manny isn't hard to time--clottey started timing him late--but wasn't active enough--
