What happened to Librado Andrade?

anyone know what happened to Librado Andrade he had that good showing against Nicolas Cervera then he disappeared.

Is Golden Boy Promotions not getting him any fights or what.

In the super middle weight rankings on espn.com the little caption about him said he was having problems with promotion so that's probably it. He's an exciting fighter and i'd like to see what he could do if he stepped up his competition.
