Pretty much. Now Bob Arum won't let Pacquiao anywhere near Floyd. Marquez is ok because it's pretty clear he's getting up there in age and the more fights they have the more of a chance Pacquiao would have to be impressive. But this stain in Pacquiao's resume can't be removed. It's just a matter of time till he's finally expose and all these haters will have to find another sack to hold on to.
