Push your bias or pre fight predictions to the side and watch rounds 1,2,4,6,9,10,11, and 12... Then look at the punch stats and look at Pacquiao's face vs. Marquez face at the end of the fight. If you don't give Pac 7 or all 8 of those rounds you are one the people Roger Mayweather is talking about when he says "Most people don't know **** about boxing." If you gave 6 of those rounds maybe you had an off night... But, that's what we got from the judges 8 to 4 (116-112) I had it that way. 7 to 5 (115 to 113) and 6 to 6 (114 to 114) I think this is too generous but its only two rounds off my score. Pacquiao's face after the fight minus the headbutt cut looked better than it did after the first two fights. Marquez face on the other looked like previous Pacquiao's opponents at ww... No robbery, the more aggressive harder puncher won... Duh, that happens a lot in boxing. If Marquez fought like a Mexican and tried to win by KO and take it out of the judges hands maybe he would have won. I think its called risk reward... If you take no risk you get no reward. Manny was willing to take the fight out of the judges hands and he got rewarded. Marquez wanted the judges to give him Pac's title instead of just going out there and taking it. If you thought you were robbed the first two fights and you signed up for a third fight.... GO FOR THE KNOCKOUT!!!!! If not shut up.........

Anyone who thinks Pacquiao won that fight must have started watching boxing yesterday. The fight wasn't even close, Amir Khan done the UK commentary and was in complete shock cos he had Manny so far behind when it was over. Pacquiao, Roach, Ariza were all panicking & telling Pac he needed a KO in the final round & when the fight ended pac shook his head (cos he knew who won) & his corner looked like they were going to cry & had to console Manny cos they all knew he lost & lost by a wide margin. Marquez controlled the pace of the fight & ring generalship,(yes Manny was aggressive or trying to be but it was ineffective aggression whereas Marquez used controlled educated aggression) in other words he schooled Manny, made him look amateurish, confused and reckless at times not to mention climbing up to a weight Pac is comfortable at & being 38 years old, some fighters just have the other guy's number & Marquez certainly has Pacquiao's number. I thought the Strum-DLH was bad when they only wanted to make the Hopkins fight but this was much worst.
Anyone who thinks Pacquiao won hasn't got a clue about boxing, just go and look at Manny's all the way through the fight up until they gifted him the decision. Who cares now about Mayweather - Pac cos if Floyd schools him which he will, who cares cos Marquez already schooled him.

PACQUIAO won and the judges had it a clear victory... All respectable judges with good reputations. DEAL WITH IT!!!! He stopped attacking Marquez like crazy and thus for Marquez only looked good when Pac was attacking. Case closed... Marquez solved. Only fight when you want to fight. Pacquiao was smarter this time it looked like he said why give this guy a million chances to counter punch me and he won't give me any counter punching chances. This time not one judge scored it for Marquez like in the first two. Pac was busier, threw more, landed more, and when it was time for Marquez to attack he didn't!!! He stayed in his counter punching stance fighting mainly on his back foot. The Asian out Mexicaned the Mexican!!! He won the fight by out working his opponent going forward looking for action. Marquez should have went for it. Like Manny Steward said in the post fight. "Step it up and take the title from the champ you might risk getting knocked out but, that's what you are suppose to do in these kind of fights." PACQUIAO WON DEAL WITH IT HATERS!!!!!

I dont care what LeadUppercut says, I dont care what Compubox numbers were, I KNOW what I saw with my two eyes last night, cant no judges sway my decision, or spin it by saying pac was the more aggressor, or jmm was the challenger and he didnt take the fight from pac, BULL****! JMM beat the crap out of pac last night, all these *******s are coming up with so many lame excuses, 1) cramps 2) jmm trained harder for this fight than he did with floyd 3) a counterpunched cant win a fight, WTF!!!!! What amazes me is when Floyd kills his opponents on Compubox stats, all the *******s say you cant believe Compubox, they are made up, NOW all of a sudden Compubox is just this amazing sytem, SMH at these *******s.....If you would get your head out of Pacs ass, and judge the fight like you didnt know either fighter, 9 out of 10 ppl would of gave that fight to JMM....

Yes. He said that he favors aggressive fighters which basically means that Marquez fighting his fight can't win doing what he does best. So what do you expect him to do? He gave like 3 rounds in a row to Pacquiao when he didn't land anything significant. By nature Pacquiao is aggressive and throws punches in bunches, whereas Marquez likes to sit back, counter, and mix it up when necessary. Pacquiao's aggression was not effective because he never had Marquez in trouble or dominated him. Marquez's counterpunching was effective because when he timed it, he caught Manny with punches that the #1 p4p champion should not be hit with and he stumbled Manny a few times. Where was the "Manila Ice" right hand this time? Marquez didn't give a **** about it and just stood away from the (sometimes godlike) left just like in 04 and 08. The highlight reel belongs to Marquez in this fight.
