JMM, what you needed to do to secure the win was to consistently land more punches and be more agressive throughout and do something in the last 2 rounds -- the decision was no 'robbery' and you weren't 'cheated' out of anything -- it was a close fight and you did much better than most people predicted BUT you did not come close to dominating to guarantee a win -- fight could have gone either way or legitimately been a draw but it was no 'robbery'....

these guys can fight 100 times and they'll always give the decision to pacquiao. no need to take another fight and rack up another l on your resume, the unbiased fans of boxing know you won last night. retire if you want, beating the hyped up #1 p4p fighter right now makes you an ATG, there's not much else that would boost your career. although i wouldn't mind seeing marquez/morales just for fun.

Marquez won't beat the champ by fighting safe and complacent like he did the last two rounds.
This guy has no reason to be disgusted. He should just be happy he has a tough style match up for Manny and that's it.

Frankly It will be good that JMM won the fight. The way Pac looks after the 12 rounds and during the post fight interview.. He knew he loss..
its usual to Pac to smile during post fight interview but not in this fight.
Its not the usual Pac. The way he fight that night, he looks slow to me. there are no power no speed in there.
What I'm thinking is Pac should do something about this. Make a 4th fight but instead of a rematch he should go down to 137 an challenge JMM in his Title.
Props to JMM he is great that night. Classy boxer. He shows that he can fight at Light Welter he should move up and get another division belt.

Why should Marquez fight Pacquiao again? Marquez could knock Pacquiao down 10 times they're still going to give it to Pacquiao. Its disgusting. This is why boxing will never be as big as it use to. This is the type of **** I hate in the sport. Marquez won that fight and I dont beleive for a second the compu-box statistics. They inflate that **** for Pacquiao obviously. Its a ****ing joke

They should leave it at that. JMM becomes a sympathetic figure while raising his stock among this generation's greatest fighters and Pacquiao goes on to fight whoever he intends to. Pacquiao is still fast and powerful, people get carried away thinking he doesn't have anything because Márquez was "supposed" to lose easily. He still has it. Did it slow down a tad here or there? But by no means Pacquiao is shot or anything.
