    Marquez VS Mabuza

Marquez came out strong, but it was called on a cut on Mabuza's eye brow, I think it should have atleast gone a round or more, should have let the corner try to take care of it atleast once..But Marquez got a early Knock Down and he said one or two more defenses and than he's movin up..Can't wait..

Yeah but no one ever gives fighters a rematch after fights like that...If Mabuza had a bigger name in the sport it would be easier for Marquez to get motivated for a rematch..

i just think that mabuza's performance tonite earned him another shot, even tho i did think he hadn't won the first 3 rounds, he still put up a very good fight for him (marquez). you make good points tho.

Yea I agree. I really like how Mabuza started to comeback more after the first round. He was getting better after everyround (still not as good as Marquez) so who would know what could have happened after 8 more rounds?

Yeah, I'm just sayin thats one of the oldest storys in Boxing..

"Guy does well enough for a rematch, but never gets it."

But yeah, Mabuza deserves it..I don't think Marquez will give it to him but if Mabuza climbs the Boxing Scene fast enough he might be able to force Marquez into a rematch..

A rematch isn't in Mabuza's best interest. Marquez pretty much dominated the entire fight. It was only a matter of a few more rounds before Marquez stopped him. Mabuza landed some good shots but Marquez was landing the better harder shots and I don't think Mabuza would of lasted the entire 12.
