No, he needs to take an English language course. If you're going to be interviewed constantly by the likes of CNN and 60 minutes, it'd be a good idea to be able to say more than 3 pre-programmed phrases.

"I'm just doing my job"

"I want to make fans happy and a lot of boxing in the ring"

"I want to help people"

If someone asks a question that can't be answered by those 3, he just gives a lot of 'ahhhhs' or just doesn't answer. You would think that Top Rank would get him a private language tutor, but his English has been limited to those phrases for like 5 years now. Even Marquez seems to be a better communicator in English than him now, JMM put in the work to learn the language and he's not 1/100th the celebrity Manny is in the U.S.

Yeah, didn't care for his interview style. Seemed rude and he'd cut people off when they were in the middle of answering his questions (could've been editing, didn't seem like it though).
