I just watched the fight, I gave 116-112 to Marquez. Harold Ledermen was using 'effective aggression' as his reason for giving it to Pacquiao. If you're throwing but not landing it's ineffective aggression surely. Pacquiao is an overrated hype job.

Floyd schools him but the fight won't happen cos Arum knows it too.

        Time for Pacman to retire

Pac may aswell retire. His accomplishments in boxing will always be remembered. If THIS Pacquaio comes up against Floyd. He'd get schooled. A bigger more agile and accurate puncher with better footwork and power would have a field day. Manny has looked sluggish now in his last two fights. The dynamism and combinations are too infrequent. It looked like he was struggling with his calves again today. Perhaps he had a touch of cramp. I know styles make fights but he didn't throw many shots to the body at all today. If he was to headhunt against Floyd he'd shoulder roll him to death. My heart goes out to JMM. Perfect gameplan and wonderful rotation to Pac's left hand.

I ain't going to join the kids bandwagon that he is a fraud and so on, they are just haters and its funny considering who most of them support

His prime days are behind him, it is clear for all to see, he is only fighting for the money, it is like watching tyson fight past his prime.

Let the excuses roll on in!

I was expecting nothing less from Ms. Haye.

He was very hesitant like he was in the Mosley fight, but I wouldn't say he's past it. IMO he'll still be greater than Floyd EVEN if he gets schooled unless Floyd adds more marquee names to his resume.

Unfortunately Arum has plans for Pac in the future and Floyd is not in the scope of things clearly. Both May and Pac aren't in their absolute peak, if only they fought in 2009.

BTW OP what were your initial thoughts on Pac-Mayweather if the fight were to happen (before Pac-Marquez 3).

What was your most memorable moment last night?

There were quite a few memorable moments last night (leave the Prescott/Alvarado fight aside, that's obvious). What was yours? Here's some of mine:

                      - Marquez being interviewed by Kellerman. I have no idea why Marquez did it naked with the hat covering his **** but it made us all laugh where I was watching it.

                      - Bradley whooping about beating up a 40 year old Casamayor. Particularly the "that was easy work" comment. That's exactly why we wanted you to fight Khan

                      - Pac's various stares towards Marquez. I think the best were at the end of the 7th and 9th. You can see it's a "He's still got it" look.

                      - Steward, at the start of the 10th discussing how to score the 9th round, says he would give it to Pac because he's looking "fresher" and "stronger". Kellerman immediately agreed. Apparently we now ignore the fact that Marquez landed the cleaner of his 17 punches in that round, and instead look at who's got the prettier muscles and seems to have worked up less of a sweat.

                      - Arum's smile when he came into the ring and embraced Pac. If you didn't know the result before that moment, you did after.

Any more good ones to add?
