Salido was found guilty by Nevada athletic commission so do your homework (wiki) a little better next time. He was suspended for 9 months, fined 1/3 rd of his purse and his unanimous decision was changed to a NC in the Guerrero fight. It doesn't matter if he goes to an independent Lab and says he's innocent, he was guilty and suffered the consequences. The IBF's decision to strip him was a separate issue.

Yes but diuretics are used as masking agents to hide the actual drug, that's why JCC Jr was suspended. In the military/my current job I've seen a lot of people fail drug tests for using masking agents (herbal extracts, goldenseal, diuretics, etc) and even too much water in the sample, go figure.
