According to **********.com, Kelvin Davis will meet O'Neil Bell a second time, this time for Davis' IBF Cruiserweight Title. The show takes place 2-5-05 in St. Louis. The first time around, it was a pure slugfest as both fighters hit the canvas. The controversy comes from Bell hitting "Konkrete" while he was down and thus the rematch. I think it was weak of Bell to not go for the rematch with Davis until Davis had a belt but better late than never.
