Grow a brain kid , it was common knowledge and disclosed quite a few times by both sides that is was agreed on 50/50 in the first and only real negotiation , verbal hearsay means truth when all concerned are saying it , it is you that dont mean **** .

What you say means **** as well. Heresays are NOT necessary binding. It's 50/50 today. When all is said, nothing is settled in stone. THe key word is not necessary binding. It's conditional.
