Comments Thread For: Marquez: If I Hurt Manny Pacquiao, I'm Going For It!

Juan Manuel Marquez (53-5-1, 39KOs) admits that he's a little nervous about winning a twelve round decision on Saturday night, when he faces WBO welterweight champion Manny Pacquiao (53-3-2, 38KOs) at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. Marquez believes he was robbed in their two prior meetings, which took place in 2004 and 2008. In the first fight, they fought to a twelve round draw, and Pacquiao won a close twelve round split decision in the rematch.

Unless he gets extremely lucky to land the right combinations. A decision is his best bet like the previous two fights.

Where are all the *******s at???????

Of course certain fanboys are not going to trash talk JMM, that would contradict there previous statements that Pac is fighting a better version of JMM than Floyd did 2 years ago...

Poor souls, you would think they would have learned their lesson when they did this about Mosley... That is a common thing when it comes to Pac's hand selected opposition, at a hand selected weight, at a hand selected weight class...

One must hype the **** out of the fight while writing down excuses as to why the fight was complete **** after the fact. When, from the get go, fans with common sense were asking, why the fight ever took place. It has become a trend. **** fight after **** fight at **** catchweights vs old washed up former champions or banned cheaters and now a current LW Champion at WW. Something Floyd did years ago that was wrong, and nothing has changed.

When a fighter is nearly out on his feet, they're a mess. You sure he meant "if I hurt him very slightly, I'll go for it"?..
