Are you really trying to convince me that there is a way a person can strengthen ones brain against blunt force trauma?Blind or Troll?
Umm, maybe because boxers go through a process of weeding out guys with bad chins? Long amatuer careers and fights early in their career. You can't be great with a bad chin. It always gets checked at some point coming up in your career.
MMA doesnt have that. They have tons of wrestlers who havent even been punched before they start fighting in MMA. Not all of them have bad chins but the overall chins compared to boxing is inferior.

Roy Jones was amazing despite having a shaky chin (at least late career)
Boxers generally have better technique and absorb more punching over a longer period of time.
I train both. Boxers also generally punch harder and with better technique.Comment

Where in the fuck did you get that out of my post?
Too put it simply for you. People with bad chins get weeded out in boxing before they get to the big fights. In the UFC they don;t.Comment

Because boxers are used to taking far more punishment to the head than MMA fighters even when you factor the use of elbows and kicks in MMA matches. And as others have stated, the weak-chinned boxers are usually weeded out of the picture before they reach the elite stages of pro boxing, so the only leftover fighters are iron-chinned.Comment
