                ortiz was number 9 at 140. kirkland at least has some pedigree with wins over vera and julio. ortiz had 1 win and boop!

                ring ratings are crap. how did alvarez get to number 2? i have no clue. no logical reason. bundrage has beaten powell, spinks, and baysangurov in his last 3 fights and he's 8? alvarez fights matt hatton and gomez and he's 2?
