According to Vegas Inc, a Nevada judge issued an order on Tuesday which refused a request that she cancel this Saturday's junior welterweight fight between Timothy Bradley and Joel Casamayor, which takes place on the Manny Pacquiao-Juan Manuel Marquez undercard at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. Promoters Gary Shaw and Thompson Boxing, who used to co-handle Bradley, filed the lawsuit on October 20 in Clark County District Court in Las Vegas, against Top Rank, who now promote Bradley.

But Bradley has a lot positive coming if he blows out Casamayor. Shaw knows this, and that's why he is finally exercising more than usual for this.

I don't necessarily agree with this lawsuit and rarely if ever does the ex-promoter win in these cases. But considering the matchup we're talking about, would've been one time I wish the judge ruled in favor of preventing the fight.
