It says he's in discussions with Marco Huck for a unification. I have to agree that unifying the division does more for his legacy than beating Lebedev at this point. If he wins, people will just say that Lebedev beat faded greats. He should fight Denis if those fights fail to materialize though.
A Huck-Tarver fight is not a unification bout unless you consider the lightly regarded IBO as a legit title....
Lebedev is just as a credible opponent for Tarver as is Huck.
close fight that could have gone either way. Lebedev probably deserves a rematch, so how about Lebedev fights Huck, Tarver goes after Cunningham, and the winners can fight each other?
It was not a close fight and no way Huck won more than 4 rounds, he is a paper Euro champ who shouldn't have his belt and he fights mostly cans.
