It all depends on the division they would be fighting in. In HW, I would probably pick Jirov, remembering what he did to Mesi. If Jirov would have to lose weight, it would give Tarver a great advantage IMO.Comment

Pre-Toney Jirov/Tarver? Jirov folds Tarver over with his body punching and brutally stops him inside of 10. Jirov was a monster before Toney got his hands on him.

i recently discovered that ive been overrating tarver.
sure, he beat jones twice, and had two great fights with glen johnson. but when i saw those fights, i came to the realization that tarver is a cautious puncher and hasnt had a great record of taking aggression. and jirov is no slouch when it comes to aggression. and jirov has power, chin, and heart, too.
if jirov comes back down to cruiser, and tarver moves up, i say jirov by UD.Comment
