Floyd has always wanted to fight PAC. Arum said Floyd didn't want the fight the last time the fight fell apart, and it was arum saying Pacquiao would take all the drug tests. That's the same arum who just said Floyd is fighting Erik morales. Floyd called pacquiao out in interviews from 2009-now. Floyd isnt holding up this fight. Arum is.
