It guarantees to kill at least one of them inside the ring and it ain't Manny Pacquiao.
If Manny's catchweight were @ 130 lbs either one could die. Imagine the excitement and betting odds(???) for who gets killed first! Way to go, Bobo Arum!

Anyone who even remotely might think that Mayweather will fight Martinez is insane. Pacquiao won't fight him either.

But Mayweather will never in this lifetime fight Martinez, he is scared **** of him. He is scared of Cotto too, he won't fight any real man.
He wants Pacquaio because he is smaller, but now he is also a beast so he is scared of the little felow also.

Exactly. I wouldnt care if they just said they werent interested and are exclusively going to fight at 147.

Well, they made diamond belts for Pacman & doctored up some ranking to get Pacman his 8th div title against Margarito so it does not surprise me that another bending of the rules or changing of the rules is necassary for Pacman to fight someone that isn't another top rank promoted stiff.

Arum is full of ****. His actions speak ***** as it is. He might as well say we don't want Pac to get beat. Simple as that.

Other stipulations: Martinez can't eat or drink on the day of the weigh-in, but Pacquiao can.

Martinez can't sleep on the day of the weigh in, but Pacquiao can.

Martinez must wear 16 oz. sparring gloves, while Pac wears 8 oz. Reyes gloves.

Martinez must live in his car during the week of the fight instead of getting a suite at MGM Grand.
