lol it's SPARRING! in sparring a lot of the time you PURPOSELY fight a certain way tolet your opponent get the best of you, and you let him emulate your opponent so you can study and prepare. . .

Yeah I do , I know exactly how Pac beat his opponents nothing to do with PEDS , he just CWs until its a handicap on his opponent , thats why it depends on who you are as to what weight you must be , some need a little bit to *** them some need more , some they slow some they drain , but only after they get beat up and lose first lol .

Oddly enough after about 20 minutes he took the video down.
