Im all for second chances. But what if they turn into 3rd and fourth chances to succeed in boxing? Then it gets annoying. Im not talking about losing and then losing rematches. Im talking about fighters who miraculously are hyped back into the boxing scene even though they're looked terribly. You could add Rahman to this list, but he stays off this list as he beat the legetimate champ in 2001 (he's beaten someone better than Vital or Wlad have ever beaten).
Wladamir Klitschko
Dominick Guinn
Derek Gainer
Arturo Gatti (Augustus is like Gatti, except without a following)
Hector Camacho Jr
Junior "Martien" Witter (dude ran from Zab a couple years ago and wants the American public to respect him)
Kirk Johnson
Oleg Maskaev
You could add Golota, Botha but lets be real, they were picked to be punching bags.
(Forgive my spelling, just wiping the cold out my eye. Got a good sleep in
.)
