I don't wanna' turn into a groupie and overanalyze every little detail of body language, but yes...that's what I got from Margarito when he scoffed nervously.
But meh...whatever. Winning a war of words doesn't win fights, and neither does being ripped. Margarito can beat him in trash talking or being ripped or whatever, what matters at the end of the day is what happens IN THE RING...
I'm psyched...
This is the first time I have ever seen Tony this amped, it just seems a little out of character from him to be this seemingly urgent. As for Cotto, he’s his usual self which tells me his cage doesn’t seem as rattled.
But, you’re right, when it’s all said and done it’s what they do in the ring that matters and yes, I am equally “psyched.”
Looks staged entirely, I bet they don't even have that bad of blood between each other. I'm not sure Cotto even feels Margarito cheated against him. It's not like Cotto was the only one who took a beating in that fight, Margarito's face also showed signs of a beating. Both men took alot of punishment in that fight but I think Cotto has actually looked good since then while Margarito has looked like **** to me.
Let's not forget that back in 2008, there was a conversation going about how Margarito had odd test results following the fight for some type of sleep medication, because he was having trouble sleeping prior to the fight. He was intimidated by Cotto then, so it's not entirely out of the question for him to be intimidated now.
