I agree 100% with what you said, though. Angulo gassed himself out in the first round and Kirkland capitalized on it and put him on his ass. That is a very hard thing to recover from.

He looked drained and had a divided training camp with Marquez. I mean he gassed himself out in one round. And still his sluggish slow fatigued punches were connecting cleanly in the 4th. He would destroy Kirkland in a rematch. Everyone here thinks the same.

He gassed himself out by going after the kill, he thought he hurt Kirkland and went in for the finish and missed alot of big big bombs and when you miss like that and get hit in return your going to gas out, yes Angulo did gas himself out in the first three rounds he did, he should have taken round 2 and round 3 off stayed Clear of Kirkland and got his wind and wits about him he was trying to fight it out all the way and paid for it big time

He punched himself out and Kirkland didn't let him recover. Kirkland was in his face all night. Great performance by james.
