Still haven't gotten a clear answer on why Arum, who promotes Pacquiao is spending fight week talking about Mayweather. Who mayweather's fighting, what drives him crazy when what he should be doing is talking about Pac/JMM III, unless even he thinks it isn't going to be much of a fight.

To be 100% honest though, I've felt the promotion for this fight has been lacking the whole way.

THE ENTIRE WORLD will wonder why Manny needed to know when the tests would be taking place, because there is no such thing as a cutoff date for OSDT's, testing takes place up to the event.

A " cut-off date " is a Manny'ism, he completely made that up.
