i admit that i think prime magarito is more skilled and a better fighter than angulo. but prime margiarito is a fighter u will have to witness in the history books. he doesnt exist. this version of margarito gets decimated.

I think people forget Margarito is no longer the one dimensional Juggarnaut Capetillo had created. He now has a trainer who looks at his opponents strengths and weaknesses. I think Garcia, would have Tony take Kirkland into deepwater and then drown him. Tony has the stamina and chin to do it, I would definitely love to watch it.

While Kirkland STILL has crappy defense and an iffy chin, Margarito is done. I don't think at this stage in his career he can handle the kind of the pressure Kirkland brings. And Margarito doesn't really much power without his secret weapon.

I mean think about it, Marg's punches always seemed slow and clubbing, yet he was busting up faces and nearly ripping ears off. Since he was caught cheating or trying to cheat, his punches seem su****iously ineffective.

Absolutely. Marg however has never been an ELITE fighter at 154, even in his prime. Therefore I see Kirkland/Marg ending similar to last nights fight with the exception of Kirkland getting hurt in the first round. Margarito is capable of NOT punching himself out. His stamina is ridiculous. Prime or not.

Once Margarito takes the belt from Cotto. It will be a great gift to Kirkland for his debut as THE NEW JUNIOR WELTERWEIGHT CHAMPION OF THE WORLD!
