Naw. Angulo's only chance was an early ko. Kirkland is faster, has more variety of punches, and better stamina.

And again, post a link about the gloves or stfu. You're just sounding like a hater

The only moment that Angulo had in that fight was when he knocked down Kirkland and landed a couple follow up shots a total of maybe 20 seconds of round 1.
Kirkland won every min and second of the fight before and after that 20 seconds of hell Angulo unleashed.
Both looked sloppy after both went down, fight was exciting cus neither quit....
And I dont mean quit in that sense
I mean
Kirkland didnt quit whippen the dog **** out of Angulo
And
Angulo didnt quit trying to win

Ken must be thinking about Fernando Angulo if he believes Angulo has a little more speed than Kirkland. Angulo is one of the slowest fighters in the Jr. Middleweight division. Kirkland is faster, will be the only one throwing straight punches, so if he's strong enough to push Angulo back, he's going to run through him; if he can't, it'll be a competitive fight. Kirkland will surprise doubters on the 5th of November.
Kirkland's assault, especially his body shots, never let Angulo recover or gain any confidence. You can see Angulo just reacting and hunching over after Kirkland landed a body shot.
Angulo catching him cold in the first round (when the chances of hurting an opponent are at its highest) was going to be his only opportunity. Watching it live I thought he was on the brink of getting stopped, but after watching a replay of the round, Kirkland did a solid job at weathering the storm; his defense improved and it showed.
