Does that scale say 155? Do his clothes weigh ten pounds? Looks like he still has to cut a lot of weight.

His clothes probably way around 5 lbs so he only needs to cut 5 or 6 lbs to make weight. Although it would benefit him to come in around 140-142 to keep his speed.
