I gave Salido a great shot.
Especially after the Mtwga fight.
I had it 50-50 going in.
After the first round I knew Salido had it.
Jaunma was just defensively horrible and slow. Even by his recent standards.Comment

juanma was my 2010 fighter of the year, literally beating up 3 of the top 5 126pds. I wouldve bet my month salary on him beating Gamboa back then. But he hasnt improve a bit, but has become an arrogant fool, clearly looks like hes struggling to make weight. In the other hand Gamboa has improved and refined his style with time and with Stewart in his corner I dont see juanma getting past 6 against him. Reading this article it seems to me that he prob nit rock bottom after all the critizm from PR fans and media after that sluggish poor performance against Oliver, next step get a new trainer and go back to basics, or at least learn to keep thise fkn hands up. I nonestly think with the right training and discipline he could be a beast at 135, after all he walks around at 150 when not training and his power is something else.Comment

i knew next to nothing of him, but after watching a little bit of his fight vs the ghost, i didn't think it was the worst guy juanma could have lost to.Comment

Yeah too bad, I really like Juanma too, power and offensive skill. I think this experience humbled him, maybe not enough though, as it seems he doesn't want a new trainer, but going to Big Bear is better than nothing. At this point, I have Gamboa and Nonito possibly beating him as well if he carry's some pop up to 126, 130.juanma was my 2010 fighter of the year, literally beating up 3 of the top 5 126pds. Salido staged a good show against Gamboa, too. If you saw that fight, you had to believe Orlando was no walk in the park for anyone at 126.Comment
