no, i dont believe we do over here. not really sure on the specifics of the law // act but in the quick google check i did on it it doesnt seem to have any resemblence to anything in the laws here. the laws for vagrancy and such vary from state to state, so i'll only assume such "mental health" regulations would be simmilar.

people in charlies case without strong families (which charlie does have) are usually homeless and considered criminal over here.


if you dont have money you dont recieve healthcare over here.


and because of how unhealthy everybody is (mostly obesity driven, at least the superfluous health problems) health insurance is insanely expensive
