    On November 19th at Estadio Centenario in Los Mochis, Mexico, former three division beltholder Fernando Montiel (46-3-2, 36KOs) will return to ring in his quest to capture a third world crown. Montiel will face dangerous Victor "The Viking" Terrazas (31-2-1, 18KOs) for the vacant WBC silver super bantamweight title. The winner will place himself in position to challenge WBC champion Toshiaki Nishioka of Japan. Montiel will step in the ring for the fourth time in 2011, and the third fight since the brutal knockout loss to Nonito Donaire in February.

        Not really, the WBO Latino belt is a regional belt, that is not consider a wolrd title nor a serious belt.

        The WBC have their regional belts also, plus

        WBC Emeritus
        WBC Diamon Title
        WBC Champion
        WBC Silver
        WBC Interim
