Pemberton fought Omar Sheika in a great war. Scott can **** and has alot of heart but I think Jeff will be to strong for him and stop him.

Pemberton brings good stuff, every time out, especilly work ethic. But, Lacy's got a certaiun hook that Scotty won't respond well to, I'm sure.

Over the past year everyone has raved about Scott Pemberton after his victories over omar Shekia. I saw the first one and it was a great fight, but it has more to do with Pemberton's excitement level more than his skills. I guess he deserves this shot as much as anyone but the fight only has one winner, and thats Lacy by stoppage!

Pemberton is tough but right now at 168 no one stands in front of Lacy and wins. Lacy by stoppage.
