  • Comments Thread For: Margarito: No Judges, I'm Looking To Knock Cotto Out

When first they faced off in 2008, the fight took place in Las Vegas and Antonio Margarito (38-7, 27KOs) stopped Miguel Cotto (36-2, 29KOs) in eleven rounds. The rematch takes place on December 3rd in New York's Madison Square Garden. New York City is Cotto's second home, and the entire Puerto Rican crowd will be cheering him on. Margarito is not planning to gamble with a distance fight. He plans to start fast for a knockout victory before twelve.

I used to love me some Marg(no ****)....I was shook for Shane's health when that fight got signed cuz Shane is my dude....one of my all-time favs....so when Naz found that **** in his wraps....that love turned to anger...NOT hate....plus Shane whooped his ass so the plaster thing was not a issue no more in my eyes.....long story short....I wanna see Marg redeem himself...BUT not against Cotto.....I want Cotto to put a beating on dude....as for Marg's prediction...its possible...he has the style to beat Cotto plus Cotto didn't show me that he can hurt Marg at 147....so its kinda like mission impossible to hurt him at a higher weight imo.....I expect a War!!

To ko cotto you liyerally have to beat the crap out of him, exactly how are you gonna do that without the power you had back then cause there is no fkn way your slow ass is gonna bully him and tko, specially not the more refine and defensive cotto from now a days

This fight should've happened a loooong time ago. Tony, cherish that eye of yours because no matter what happens after December 3rd, it's your vision you'll have to worry about later.

I can dig it to an extent, but then again Cotto stood & traded with Mayorga & cracked that fool so hard that he thought he broke his hand. Besides Margarito's power all but disapeared lately, I wonder where it went.

I thought for a fight to take place you had to have 3 judges, now they can fight without them? Coool Bro!!

They should do something special for this fight, like unlimited rounds until one gets KTFO or quits. No need for judges on this one.
