Like I have said all along, if Manny agrees to get randomly tested without a specific cutoff date, the fight will happen.
The only time they had negotiations that took place, Floyd signed the contract and Manny didn't.
After Pac beats Marquez, he needs to publicly say "I am willing to be randomly tested with no cutoff date, and I am ready to fight Floyd". Only then will anyone believe he's willing to be randomly tested without a cutoff.

"WINNER TAKE ALL"

This fight needs to happen !
Drop all the charges from both sides , forget the test and do the fight like warriors not crybabys

Floyd says that he wants to fight on May 5. hopefully against manny, yet you guys say that he's just "trying to take manny's spotlight" and arum even tells espn that he thinks it's a "joke". hell arum usually has manny's next opponent lined up before he fights happen so what's the difference here??
before the margo fight, mosley was talking like he had the next fight already, and before the mosley fight, pac and marquez were doing tv interviews talking about a "potential" third fight. Now nothings been said yet about bradley, but many ppl. think he's next in line. if there's an open date, why not negotiate with floyd???
What's so bad about floyd saying that he's open for a date to fight manny????
arum's downplaying floyd's open date. and that's all it is .. an open date that he's willing to fight. floyd didn't say i'm fighting may 5th vs. pac. the statement simply said that he's holding the date for his next fight... and they're targeting pac.
nothing like arums countdown last year. "we wanna fight floyd on this date at this location and if he doesn't agree he's scared"
So 1) Floyd's saying he's available on a certain date and willing to fight
2) Pac's saying that he's willing to fight
3)Arums saying that everything's just a joke and the fights never gonna happen Also, he's saying that it would be dumb to negotiate with floyd while he has all of his pending trials .... but didn't he have all those pending trials when he negotiated and fought with ortiz?!?!
C'MON ARUM!!!

The tricky thing about the label "coward" as it is bestowed by the Pacquiao fan is that there is no way for Floyd to shake it. They've put all of the responsibility for the fight not materializing on Mayweather. No matter what really happens, all Bob Arum has do is come out and say whatever he wants and folks will believe it without question. Simply put, Pac fans can't give Mayweather the benefit of the doubt on anything; he has to be wrong on everything pertaining to these negotiations.
Until Manny signs a contract and submits to testing I won't believe a word he has to say.

The fight happens when both wants the fight. If only one wants it, then the fight is not happening.
If someone wants to fight, they will say they'll fight. None of this cowardly excuse like get tested first because you seem so strong and so fast.

We've seen this before, the day before the Hatton fight, he tried to upstage Pacquiao. Hatton got destroyed and Mayweather disappeared the next day.
What happens if Marquez gets destroyed, will he disappear again?

No, that won't happen because I suspect Pacquiao fans use the word "coward" as a means of derision, nothing more. They don't want Floyd anywhere near Manny, because once Manny's aura of invincibility has been burst, the Pac fan will have to admit what true boxing fans already know.
