there are many reasons for that:

pac moved up and beat odlh thus catapulting him to become the major ppv star he is today. had he stayed and fought jmm again, he might not have become the star he is now.

and for ppl saying he was scared to fight jmm....please, he already beat JMM twice and the 2nd time he did it, he was drained.
