of course he wants to make this fight. Its what the fans are clamoring for and Manny's own countrymen want. He's just not trying to make this a distraction for his own fighter.

Arum knows the blowback of not making the fight happen for Pac would hurt Pac in his own country and also his appeal in the US.

That's why they've agreed to the testing, to stop any damage done to Manny's image.
