Comments Thread For: Dirrell: I Would Love a Froch Rematch, Ward and Bute

Former Super Six participant Andre Dirrell recently advised BoxingScene.com that he plans to return to the ring in a tuneup fight in December. He hasn't fought since March of last year, and spent most of the layoff recovering from neurological injuries suffered when he defeated Arthur Abraham via disqualification in that March bout. I doubt Froch will fight him again. It was a truly dire affair first time around, and i place 100% of the blame for that directly at Dirrell. He ran, ran......and ran. ZZZZZZZZZZZZZ

The performance against AA started fantastic, but he simply gave up in the later rounds and i don’t care what anyone says, that ‘injury’ was as fake as I’ve ever seen in the ring.

The man needs to grow some before talking about fighting world champions again.

Probably the most loathesome boxer in the sport right now. Boxing would be better off without cheats like him.

The truth right there. Don't think anyone would want to sit through a rematch with Froch and thats nothing to do with Froch.

Dude has so much talent but no heart. He wanted no part of Ward at all, looked scared shitless against Froch and lost his nerve against AA even though he basically owned the guy for 10 rounds.
