While it is unlcear exactly which of Ariza's comments have sparked Hernandez' statements, Hernandez has come under scrutiny lately after former BALCO chief Victor Conte revealed through his Twitter account on Monday that Hernandez is the former Angel Heredia.

LOL this would be a FAIL defamation suit. . . Because the only thing Ariza said was true? The guy was a snitch for the govt. in the BALCO scandal. . . Unless he said Ariza was juicing up 'Quez. . . It's not defamation to: State your opinion (which mayweathers DID NOT do initially), or to say something that is true. . . Also a different set of rules applies to "public figures" than "private folks". . . And of course you have to be able to prove damages. . . This lawsuit would fail on a number of the requisite elements. . .

Now I haven't heard anything from team pacman accusing this dude of anything and now he's threaten to file a lawsuit against ariza?? insecurity don't u think..

This is just a diversionary tactic being applied by the Marquez camp. Angel Heredia was trying to keep his identity unknown to the public until Conte noticed his presence with the Juan Manuel Marquez group. Now that he can not hide anymore, he and Marquez are trying everything they have to divert the public eye away from them. Boxing aficionados of today are very smart and they know what steroid dealers do best, they supply steroids to athletes and later on turn them in and be state witnesses.
