I think it might be Pacquiao. Recently he said he didn't like being offered anything when it is HE who makes the offering. And if you remember, Arum was offering for the Pacquiao fight to take place first on March 13th and November 13th. I don't think Floyd likes being told when he is fighting, so I think for this one HE picked the date and therefore opening the door for the Pacquiao fight.
