I also keep reading people saying mayweather always does this. No he doesn't. In 2009 he announced who his next opponent would be. When they announced the Ortiz fight they name the opponent. This time they have not named an opponent and have specifically said that theyre looking for pacquiao. This is something that Arum himself has done multiple times in the last 2 years.
