We will see. No use bashing his opinion he could be right after all. Boxing's unpredictable. Anything can happen.

Judging from the 11 month layoff and Klitschko hasn't tooken on a serious contender since Lennox I wouldn't call this prediction too farfetched.

If Rahman comes in good shape, focused and determined we might very well have the heavyweight fight of the year. I would give Rahman almost a 50/50 shot. It could be similar to the fight that both of them had with Sanders. Both of them can mix it up when they have to so expect a lot of big shots early. However, should Rahman NOT come in the way that I described, which has happened plenty of times before, then it will be a replay of the Vitali-Williams fight.

....The bottom line is that regardless of how Rahman fought against Barrett, I would expect a much better, more focused, and more determined Rahman than ever. This fight is generating alot of interest and it's exactly what the Dr.(no pun intended) ordered for the heavyweight division. I still say Vitali beats him up pretty bad, but in the heavies anything can happen. My main concern is an injury stoppage of some kind. Either cuts or some sort of other injury. IMO it's the only chance that Rahman has.

What I'd like to know is should VK beat Rahman (I think he will), who would you guys like to see him fight? IMO Byrd or Ruiz are the only fights of any importance I can see, only because of gaining another belt in the case of Ruiz, and the belt plus silencing all the ridiculous claims that Byrd would have beaten VK without the injury. I think that really, if it weren't for the belt, there is really no need to fight Byrd, and if he fights Byrd and beats him many will say so, but I think he needs to beat him just so there is no question, just like I think Wlad needs to fight Brewster and TOS.

I totally agree with everything you said except for one. I dont think Wlad needs to fight TOS, it would be a waste a of fight. He won, everyone knows that he would win again. The only problem was with that fight he was commin off of knockout loss so he was gun-shy. TOS's chin is weaker than Wlads i think. Wlad hit him with 2 rights and sent TOS flyin across the ring. Though i'd like to see the fight again just to debunk the ridiculous claims of IMSOFLY that TOS shouldve won.
