Team Pac suspects JMM is on something so they get a response of "test me" from JMM. Then Bob attempts to do damage control with... "no issue" and "steroids are a thing of the past"...

First, the su****ion is just irony and the reply by Bob is just a contradiction to the first statement.

No one on Pac team suspected JMM on being on anything...

Bob knows that iff Manny Pacquia and his team demand JuanMa Marquez to take any test outside of what the Nevada States Athletic Commission requires, then JMM will demand that Manny Pacquia submit himself to the same type of testing if not Manny will loose credibility. Ariza raises concern about Marquez's increase in size. Over the course of 24 hours su****ious are brought up with regards to Marquez's trainer. BUT it's only until Marquez flounces all of those suppositions by saying TEST ME that Arum decides to speak up. How come he wasn't so eager to come out with something pre-Marquez's statement? Another reason to suggest Pacquaio is on something illegal.

What Ariza said is he "didnt know why Marquez got so big"

NOT

"he didnt know HOW Marquez got so big"

two different things. the latter is an implication that Marquez might have used artificial means like steroids to pump up.

Ariza was just pointing out that he didnt understand why Marquez would get big to lose his speed against Pac. A slower Marquez would be easier to beat.

I know Ben Thompson, Floyd nuthugger loves to stir the pot, he probably tried to bait Ariza into saying something, but to his credit Ariza never did.

So why is Bob Arum squashing everything?
