    Will Bute stop Johnson?

What do you guys think?? will this be a 1 sided beat down ending in a stoppage??or does Glenn have more left to offer?

I think Glen still has enough left to avoid being stopped, but it's a very real possibility that he doesn't. If he had any real trouble making 168, a well placed body shot could do it.

Yea, body shot is the only way to stop Johnson. He will be competitive, make it rough for Bute but just doesn't have it in the tank to get over that hump.

      Competitive 9-3/8-4 type of fight.

I think we should also not be surprised to see Johnson knock Bute down. Froch fought a helluva fight beating Johnson. Towards the end he made it look a bit easy, but it's no easy task. Also, Johnson will be more aware of how to pace his endurance after finally getting to go a full 12 rounds at 168. This is going to be a really good fight Imo.

If Glen does get stopped he will still be on his feet. The wars hes had makes me wanna say he can make the 12 but you can also look at it the other way and say his mileage is up there. I still have Glen going 12. WAR Glen!!!

                i dont think so

glen does a good job getting away from power punches

and bute doesnt throw a lot

the only issue i would see would be the weight at this point in his career
if he's having trouble getting to 68 then it it wouldnt be out of the question

these guys have sparred a boatload
                a boatload

i think it's acutally going to be a boring fight because of that
i dont think johnson will take the risks to get knocked out
and he's already seen what he's got

                easy bute ud
i think he takes the half step back all night and walks glen around the ring and picks his spots to land the more effective stuff

if johnson can andrade him i'll be shocked and pleased.
no problems with bute, but i'm a real johnson fan.
the guy is a bonafide throwback

I'm going pot, beer and ordering BBQ. This is great boxing weekend, didn't realize it was shaping up to be this good. Also got Katsidis fighting saturday afternoon and Toney on Friday. Although I'm not sure they can be seen in the US outside of youtube..
