STFU you clowns... instead of destroying the rep of a very reputable & knowledgable poster... why DON'T you try to refute the numbers or the very first post without blaming era..comp..size or every other advantage you claim Vitali has in his favor.... why is HE THE ONLY ONE OUT OF MILLIONS of heavyweights in the past 60 or 70 years that has been able to attain a ****LOad of number crunching resume that dwarfs everyone elses???

I thought so... unless you think Vitali HAS FOUGHT the worst comp in heavyweight boxing history... i suggest you sSTFU with all the excuses as to why his performances in the ring are the most dominant.. ORIGINAL POST stands & stop changing the subject by picking on an innocent poster that is giving you MORE evidence of Vitali's destruction.

      Steelhammer an innocent poster??

      Jimmy, it's called context.

You have someone like myself going to a boxing gym and remaining undefeated. Or you have me going to a school playground and remaining undefeated. Which one gives me more credibility???

To be an ATG, you have to beat ATG's. To backup your 'facts', tell me about all the ATG's your boy has beaten to deserve the incredible loftiness that you have perched him on??

        It appears to me
most people consider Vitali's best win
        his loss to Lennox

Your analogy is also biased.... there could be killers out in the playgrounds... Playground legends is NOT just for basketball anymore.

Domination is innocent... the same way i'm innocent... he posts stuff he wholeheartedly believes in just like i do.. Admittingly he can do away with all the racial nonsense as i'm not down with that..... but i'm sure he uses it as a defense mechanism to fend most of you's off & that's not what he really believes.

As for my boy... you very well know he did EVERYTHING but get awarded the W that night vs Lennox & he had every right & even more right to it than Lennox.

Since alltime greats & comp is all opinion related & bias that goes along with it... I can't point out something that Vitali has NEVER gotten the chance to do & that's go up against established names of the past.. According to all of your bs resume credentials & let's face it... in boxing it's all about who you faced & it's not really about how you roll in particular... just as long as your opponent's roll is great or greater than yours.

So what we do with Vitali's resume.. is instead of calling it neutral... because when you think of it... Vitali NEVER ducked anyone.. never had a chance to fight any of the socalled fighters he was supposed to fight to prove his greatness is Not A SHAM... we automatically make it a negative... when this has NOTHING to do with the fighter or what he has done.

All we can base it upon & all WE REALLY GOT is how the fighter has performed.. how his skills.. size compare favorably with other fighters of the past that had the luxury of facing more opponents on there level.... don't you see what all of you's are doing... you're basically ALL giving Vitali a loss instead of the rightful draw that it REALLY is. Sure his numbers haven't come off against great fighters such as himself... but he has faced ENough decent competition for us to get a gauge whether those numbers are authentic or not.. & part of that gauge is when he lost to Lewis... the numbers were somewhat the same or nearly similar so other than an unfortunate cut..

Vitali ROLLED exactly the same & then you factor in that these NUMBERS are relevant for EVERY SINGLE fIGHT he's ever fought.... you HAVE to come to the conclusion... sooner or later that it's Vitali & NOT the comp at play. here.. you're being idiotic & delusional if you think otherwise as if you're saying all 45 fights of him being similarly dominant is just a coincidence & a byproduct of who he's fighting.. It's him.. it's all him... to think that he doesn't do the exact or similar thing against all other heavies is being illogical.. so just because all of you are in the majority.. doesn't mean the minority is closer to the truth.

He can't be the GOAT. Lewis beat him.

The Lewis that smashed Golota in 90s beats any version of Vitali or Wlad. The Lewis that smashed Shannon Briggs in 5 beats any version of Vitali or Wlad. Lewis hit hard, very hard. Vitali never really had the 1 shot KO power at world level. Wladimir does but he waits until his opponents are incapacitated from all his jabs before he throws shots with mustard on them. Prime Lewis beats both every day of the week IMHO. Vitali is a very, very consistent fighter (Lewis would have gone unbeaten were he as consistent) but Lewis in his early 30s was an absolute monster and just as big as the Klitschkos and with a much better attack, especially against bigger fighters - he tended to struggle with the smaller guys like Mercer and Tua and even Holyfield as they could more easily evade the jabs and straight rights.

              Vitali Klitschko vs Lennox Lewis

              THE TRUTH

Vitali took the fight on just 10 days notice.

Vitali was clearly winning the fight 4-2 on all 3 scorecards at the time of the controversial doctor stoppage. Lewis barely survived the 2nd round and almost got KO'd, he was badly hurt, holding on for dear life, wobbling everywhere and staggering around the ring like a drunk. Lewis was badly hurt several times in the fight and was getting outboxed, outworked, outmuscled and outlanded by Vitali.

              punches landed

              Vitali 156

              Lewis 102

Lewis was exhausted, worn down and hurt from the accumulation of punches and was ready to get KTFO again, he collapsed onto his stool at the end of the 6th round, Vitali was clearly the fresher of the two, he was a man on a mission and would've KO'd Lewis for sure if the fight had continued.

After the fight, Vitali intimidated the shit out of Lewis and made him look like a bitch.

All the fans at Staples Center cheered for Vitali and booed Lewis after the fight.

              Lewis promised Vitali a rematch.

Vitali destroyed Kirk Johnson in 2 rounds and called out Lewis again in the post fight interview. The scared Lewis retired shortly after that fight.

Lewis turned down 40 million dollars for a rematch and retired like a coward because he knew he would get destroyed by Vitali.

Vitali dominated Lewis and scared his bitch ass into retirement.

George Foreman: "Vitali was winning the fight. Lewis got lucky. There has to be a rematch!"

Jim Lampley: "A lucky escape for Lewis who was clearly losing the fight"

Even Emanuel Steward was upset and pissed off at Lewis for blatantly ducking a Vitali rematch.

Lewis is scared to death of Vitali.

                More FACTS

Vitali wasn't even in his prime yet.

Lewis was 37, not really that old for a HW.

Vitali is 40 and is still dominating. He hasn't lost a single round in his comeback.

Lewis said he was "at the peak of my powers" when he got his ass whooped by Vitali.

Lewis was coming off the KO win over Tyson. In the Lewis-Tyson post fight interview Lewis stated "I'm like fine wine, I get better with age"

In an interview right before the Vitali fight, Lewis said "I'm at the peak of my powers, I will keep fighting for many more years"

Vitali dominated Lewis and scared him into retirement.

Lewis is a coward, a ducker, and a fraud.

                Vitali Klitschko >>> Lennox Lewis

                Wladimir Klitschko >>> Lennox Lewis
