This is easily the top candidate for FOTY in this year's JP pro boxing. I'm very happy to have been able to watch this bout live on TV. It's nice to find the foreign article that mentions the great fight competed by two small Asian fighters.

        Brilliant.

This goes somewhere in my top 10 fave "war" fights. I saw glimpses of Gonzales v Carbajal, Corales v Castillo, in the middle/late rounds. Yaegashi was always ahead though. Great fight and thanks for bringing it to my attention. Props.

Wasn't aware knockdowns were a prerequisite. However, to be accurate, there was a knockdown in the final round. It's role in the decisive finish is yet another vote in this fight's favor. This has been the FOTY with room to spare.

                Sensational.

LOL i agree. Ive often heard them shout themselves hoarse during commentary with sports.

For me, Tyson Marquez vs. Luis C is still fight of they year...although, this a fantastic fight and very close runner up.
