i think they ****ed, and she cried **** to make a quick dollar... thats how the women are here in america.

      he was wrongfully convicted because
there was no evidence of **** just her
      word.

and he is the greatest becuase he was the
youngest most brutal champ of all time.
and the way he crushed opponents was one of
      a kind.

Tyson was a product of media hype. People love watching schmucks get smashed, even if it doesn't mean a damn thing.

Like it or not, a fighter is inevitably measured by the level of competition he faced, and how he fared aganist his elite foes. Lewis isnt fair, but Holyfield dominating him certainly is. The point is, a fighter's true character is shown (or exposed, in this case), when he faces adversity in the ring. When has tyson ever showed the "heart of a champion"?

In his losing effort to Douglas (and maybe 1st Holyfield fight)...I believe Tyson showed the "heard of a champion". But other than that...None...

IMO tyson showed a lot of heart by not quitting on his stool even though lennox lewis was grinding him into dust.

ass-whooping was painful and sad to watch. hahaha
but yea...he took tremendous beating but still didn't quit. i give him props for that. but skill-wise, he was outgunned by both Holyfield and Lewis.

points made on the raping charge.

but being the younguest and most brutal boxer of all time makes him the greatest?

No. That doesn't make him the greatest. You can call him the most brutal champion of all time but you cannot call him the greatest champion of all time.

                  hmm

Tyson is hated for two reasons.

                  1) PPl don't like his antics and perhaps are less willing to forgive a black man for such behavior than white man.

                  2) Tyson has a horde of idiotic fans who think he's the greatest of all time (no I'm serious, they really believe it).

My opinion: Tyson was a very good, but not great fighter. I don't judge him by losses late in his career, and I certainly don't think he ****d that woman (that's the only time he was ever convicted or even accused I think and the evidence wasn't what one might call "sufficient" by accounts I've heard). All in all, a respectable threat inside the ring and one should enjoy his classic bouts in spite of his idiotic fans and antics.
